The company manages 18 retirement homes and apartments in Spain, mainly in the regions of Madrid, La Rioja, Galicia, Andalusia, Castilla Leon and Valencia. Its properties have a total capacity of more than 2,800 places. Certified to the highest European and Spanish care standards, the company provides a complete comprehensive attention including geriatric assessment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, leisure and free time activities, podology, hairdressing, permanent surveillance, cafeteria and lunchrooms, library, laundry and ironing service, daily room cleaning, religious service and a 24-hour medical care with daily consultation and catering plus supervised and adapted menus. The company is part of Grupo Prasa, which is engaged in the development and construction of properties, as well as in land management. The group develops and sells its constructions with residential property as the most important sub-sector. In 2004, it handed the keys of more than 1,135 properties, which correspond to 15 developments and had a further 2,047 in progress corresponding to 17 developments.
